Honouring Africa's most inspiring leaders, trailblazing organisations and transformational teams. The GLI Awards celebrate excellence, integrity and impact across every sector of African leadership.
The GLI Premier Africa Leadership Awards are an annual recognition programme established by Global Leadership Institute to celebrate outstanding individuals, teams and organisations that are shaping the future of African leadership.
Our awards are rooted in GLI's 20+ years of experience training and developing Africa's leaders — we understand what true excellence looks like, and we want to celebrate it publicly and powerfully.
Whether you are a seasoned executive, an emerging young leader, a public servant with extraordinary impact, or a woman breaking barriers — the GLI Awards are for you.
Each category recognises a distinct dimension of leadership excellence across Africa's public, private and development sectors.
